At SAVVY Kwata, books are more than just pages. They are vessels of knowledge and pathways to deeper understanding. Our Book Club is a welcoming space where stories are shared, ideas are exchanged, and culture is both preserved and celebrated.

We bring together a diverse community, students, teachers, cooks, farmers, and neighbours, united by a shared passion for reading and reflection. Here, everyone’s story matters, and every perspective enriches our dialogue.

Together, we explore works by selected authors whose stories reflect the realities and hopes of our societies. Through open and respectful discussion, we learn from one another and grow in our understanding of ourselves and our world.

How the Book Club works:

• We meet at least twice a month to discuss and reflect together.
• Books are entrusted to members for a period of time, creating a shared journey through the pages.
• We document the insights and experiences from our meetings, building a collective archive of our conversations and growth.
